  1. Rotation Tool            
  2.     To use the Rotation tool, first make the object active. Click on the 
  3.  Rotation Tool to activate it and then move the pointer to the location 
  4.  on the page about which you want to rotate the object (the pivot point). 
  5.  The pointer changes to a set of crosshairs centered in a circle 
  6.  when you move it over the page. Click and drag away a short distance 
  7.  from the pivot point in any convenient direction. Note that the pivot point 
  8. is indicated by the crosshairs while the pointer changes to an arrow. 
  9. A line is displayed between the pivot point and the current mouse location. 
  10. This line acts a a reference to the original orientation of the object and 
  11. helps control the pivot. As you move the pointer around the pivot point,
  12. the line, and the outline of the object rotate. When you have placed the
  13. object in the desired orientation, release the mouse button. 
  14.      If the Shift key is held down while rotating an object, the movement
  15. is constrained to 45¬∞ increments. Release the Shift key during
  16. rotation to permit full movement.
